A Google sheet to track your new year!

The new year has arrived and there is no better time to start tracking personal data, I’ve created a Google sheet to help you track some information regarding your mental and physical health. You first have to make a copy of the sheet to edit it (File>Make a Copy while being signed into your google account) and it will be available on your Google Sheets page to edit it. The tabs include Daily Mood, Weight and Good Things.

After making a copy and on the Moods tab, you will see a drop down list of moods to choose from which are “Happy, Smiling, Average, Skeptic, Sad, Angry” which will change color depending on selection for easier readability in the future. The weight tab you can keep an eye on your weight, fill that out whenever you feel is necessary. On the Good Things tab you should write at least one good thing that happened to you that day, seeing good things in a list like this lets you reflect on past good things and can help with remembering gratitude.
